Editorial Policy

Independence

Our editors decide what we cover. Affiliate commissions and advertisers do not influence which products we recommend or what we say about them. Brands cannot pay to be included in our product round-ups.

How We Research Products

  • We study official product information: ingredients, materials, sizes, claims and instructions.
  • We compare products with popular alternatives at different price points.
  • We read a wide range of verified customer feedback to spot common strengths and complaints.
  • We consider who each product suits best – by skin type, hair type, budget or occasion – and who should skip it.

When an article is based on research rather than hands-on testing, we say so. When we have tried a product ourselves, we tell you that too.

Accuracy and Updates

We review popular guides regularly and update them when products change, are discontinued or when better options appear. Each article shows its publish or update date.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it. Please report errors through our Contact page, and include the article link.

Sponsored Content and Gifts

Paid partnerships are always labeled “Sponsored”. If a brand sends us a free sample, it does not guarantee coverage or a positive review.

Health and Safety

Beauty and wellness content is for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a dermatologist, doctor or other qualified professional.
